About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing for the past 13 years. I am an expert at helping children, teenagers, and adults cope with the challenges of life. I am especially passionate about women's and children's health. I enjoy being in nature and spending time with my family. I strongly believe that you have what you need and together we can help you create healthy life practices and heal.
I received my master’s degree in social work at New York University (NYU) in 2012 and am trained and certified in a variety of therapy approaches including:
- Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Children's and Adolescent Grief Certified (CGCS-CA)
- Expressive therapies (sand tray, art, play, movement etc.)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) (Summer2024)
- Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) (Summer 2024)
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
